Hello, my name is Rocío and I have been managing this herbalist shop since October 2022. Its long history, the loyalty of its clientele, and the special charm it possesses make it a great responsibility that I am excited to face.
I am a senior technician in dietetics and a cook. I have trained in nutrition and culinary techniques, and in women's nutrition and medicine.
Currently, I am delving into digestive pathology.
The combination of culinary knowledge and nutritional knowledge has helped me acquire valuable skills to offer my clients, in addition to advice on supplementation, possibilities to create a balanced and personalized diet, and guidance on healthy lifestyle habits.
I also have training and extensive experience in the sports field, with knowledge in sports nutrition and functional training, being qualified to guide my clients on the path to achieving their health and fitness goals.
A great lover of plants, I have a high commitment to natural health and care for the environment, and this is reflected in the products and services I offer in the herbalist shop.
